rDesk CMA
Online power-user CMA that generates highquality reports with an easy-to-use wizard. The reports can be generated in a PDF format and then posted and shared via a Web documents folder, sent via e-mail, or delivered to a printer or online print service. rDesk provides dozens of CMA formats – and brokers can create their own to differentiate themselves from competitors. Flyers
Online marketing tool that generates high-quality listing flyers in a few easy steps. The agent combines a listing from their active listings menu with one of rDesk's attractive flyer templates, and rDesk automatically generates a PDF of the flyer for the agent to post in their Web documents folder, e-mail to a client or send to a printer or online print service.
Personal ProfileStores agent's personal profile options, which are integrated throughout their rDesk applications. For instance, a company logo changed in Personal Profile will automatically be updated in the agent's flyers, leads, CMA, MLS and elsewhere. The agent can also login directly to other password-protected sites from rDesk.
User PersonalizationAgents can personalize the look and feel of their rDesk start page – upload photos; add industry, national and local news; manage tasks; post calendar clients; and specify their rDesk preferences.

IDX/VOW Solution – rDesk IDX
Listing
search program for consumers, with data updated daily from the agent or broker's
MLS system. Listing displays include pictures, street maps and virtual tours,
as well as school and neighborhood information. Consumers can register with
a personal profile to save searches, properties and request automatic e-mail
listing updates for new properties that match their criteria. This “unattended
marketing” extends an agent or broker's service reach because property listings are automatically e-mailed to the customer. rDesk IDX is available in both IDX and VOW formats. Both versions are fully integrated into LPS Real Estate Group rDesk Website product, as well as being accessible from any website.
Lead Management – LeadPointManages leads collected from various online sources. The agent can view personal information provided by prospects during registration, track Web site click activity, share documents and track registrant searches and their property interests.
Contact Management

Web Documents Folder

Neighborhood
Reports
Creates comprehensive, current and reliable neighborhood demographic reports. With data spanning environment, climate, crime, economy, health, home values, housing, people, demographics, education, family facts and schools, agents can show clients a comprehensive look at any neighborhood or listing.
To view a Neighborhood Report, the agent simply enters a property address. If desired, the agent can compare two locations side by side. Community information is displayed at the census-block group level, which better defines a neighborhood by providing environmental (climate), crime, people and school information – all sorted by neighborhood. The reports can be saved as PDFs, e-mailed to clients or printed as high-quality professional flyers.
MessagesCreates a one-click rDesk desktop link to the agent's Web-based e-mail service, such as Yahoo, AOL, MSN or Hotmail, which becomes active upon sign-on.
School Reports
Displays high-quality school information from leading sources, compiled and organized with an intuitive interface. The reports include high schools, middle schools, elementary schools, private schools, colleges and even un-graded schools. School information is also displayed at the census-block group level with data such as student body composition, student performance, number of students, teachers, pupil/teacher ratios and expenses per student.

Finder
Provides a unique comparative approach to neighborhood analysis. Using this highly interactive tool, agents can search for neighborhoods and homes that meet precise criteria for climate, crime, economy, health, home values, demographics, education data and family facts.
E-mail
One-click access to a robust Webmail solution integrated with LPS Real Estate Group LeadPoint contact manager. Only new messages are displayed when the agent logs on to rDesk – no need to continually check mailboxes. As an added feature, sophisticated spam filters reduce the amount of unwanted e-mail, while virus filters prevent e-mail virus attacks.

Favorites
Integrates transaction management systems and other technology into rDesk at the agent level. Many agents use Client Service to store their favorites and frequently used sites.
